Reviews and releases during the period examined are concentrated in one person.
02Possible interpretations
Specialist knowledge, permissions or approval rules may explain the concentration. The activity data alone does not establish the cause.
03Relevance to the decision
The buyer needs to establish the handover, access transfer and personnel arrangements required to keep development running.
04Further verification
Check whether another person can release, what documentation and permissions exist, and what happened during past absences.

The degree and cause of dependence require further verification. Confirmed observations and assumptions for the decision are reported separately.

AI adoption, designed and delivered

Define where AI belongs in the workflow and where a person should decide. Assess available data, required quality, existing systems and operational responsibility, then carry the work through requirements, design, implementation and operation.

Our own use of AI informs the work. Each design starts with the client’s conditions; the scope follows what those conditions and the evaluation support.

Development and research
System design and development also cover work beyond AI adoption. Research in AI, culture and creative fields, including our own publications, is a separate internal activity.

MONOBE Eiji

In software development since 1999. He has served as Representative Director of two companies and led an engineering organization of 300–400 as Executive Officer and CTO at Appirits. His experience spans hiring, financing, a business sale and the design and delivery of software.

At Fushikaden, he is responsible for both the business judgment and the technical work.

He writes in English about how Japanese software organizations make decisions: hiring, vendor structures and what the underlying work reveals.
